1. Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States via UPS, FedEx, and other major carriers. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
2. How long does delivery take?
Estimated Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after processing, depending on the destination.
3. What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam) will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day.
4. What is your processing time?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Please note that since our shoes are handcrafted and made-to-order, this processing time includes the preparation for your custom craftsmanship.
5. What are your shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders.
6. Do you accept returns and exchanges?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please refer to our Refund Policy for specific terms regarding made-to-order items and the 30% restocking fee option.
7. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the return is received, inspected, and approved.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Affirm, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed in USD.
9. Is payment secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and secure payment gateways. Your financial information is never stored on our servers.
10. What if my order says delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Please contact us at info@pasch.us within 3 business days for assistance so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
11. How can I track my order?
You can track your order via your Pasch account or by using your order number on our site. Alternatively, you can click on the "TRACK ORDER" page in the navigation bar and enter your email address and order number to check the shipping status.
